Since we maintain literally thousands of links, we periodically review them for broken links via sophisticated tools . . . even so, given the nature of the Internet, a broken link might only be temporary.
Our intention is to remove sites in a timely manner that are actually defunct.

In any event, you already realize that even though Lighthouses themselves are staid, unchanging guardians, the Internet itself is very volatile.
